• Follow reasonable instructions from our team, teachers, coaches and service partners.
• Keep your account details and access credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Use the services in a way that does not disrupt other learners, our systems or the security of the website.

Some services require an account or a booking. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it resulted from our failure to protect the account.

• Do not share access credentials or allow another person to use an account assigned to you.
• We may ask you to verify information or update account details to keep the service secure.
• We may refuse, limit or withdraw access when necessary to protect the service, its users or our legal rights.

A booking request is not confirmed until we or an authorised service partner confirm it. Appointment times, teacher availability and delivery details may change, and we will communicate material changes when reasonably possible.

• Please provide contact details that allow us to confirm a booking and send important updates.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, use the instructions in your confirmation or contact us as soon as possible.
• Assessment results describe performance in the assessment taken and do not guarantee a particular course outcome, certificate or career result.

Our lessons, assessments, reports and feedback are designed to support practical communication development. They are educational services and are not legal, immigration, employment, financial or medical advice.

• Progress depends on factors including attendance, preparation, practice, starting level and the learning environment.
• Reports and recommendations are based on the information and assessments available at the time they are prepared.
• Where a third-party assessment or certificate is used, that provider's terms and assessment rules also apply.

Prices, inclusions, payment schedules, taxes, cancellation terms and refund rules will be shown in the relevant quote, order form, booking confirmation or payment flow.

• You agree to provide complete and accurate billing information and to pay amounts when due.
• A payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider, whose terms and privacy policy also apply.
• We may update prices or service packages for future bookings. Changes do not alter a confirmed order unless we agree otherwise.

The website, brand, lesson materials, reports, software, text, graphics and other content provided by Lingopure are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use materials provided to you for your own learning or the internal learning purposes of your organisation.
• You must not copy, sell, publish, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from our content unless we give written permission.
• Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as answers, recordings, messages and feedback. You give us permission to host, process and use that content as needed to provide, secure and improve the services.

• You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content.
• Do not submit confidential information, personal information about another person or material that you are not authorised to share.
• We may use suggestions or feedback without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you in a way that conflicts with our Privacy Policy.

You must not use the website or services to:

• Break the law, infringe another person's rights or misuse personal information.
• Impersonate another person or organisation, or misrepresent your relationship with one.
• Upload malware, harmful code or content intended to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to systems.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, copy or systematically extract content or data without written permission.
• Probe, scan, reverse engineer or bypass security or access controls.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against or interfere with another learner, teacher, coach or member of our team.

Our services may use or link to third-party platforms, including providers for hosting, scheduling, payments, assessments, video lessons or communications. Those providers operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an available and reasonable-efforts basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at every location.

We do not guarantee a particular language level, assessment score, certificate, promotion, job, business result or other outcome. Nothing in these terms removes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lingopure will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, opportunity or reputation arising from use of the website or services. Our liability remains subject to any mandatory protections and limits that apply under the law.

We may suspend or end access to part or all of the website or services if you breach these terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay an amount due, or if we discontinue a service. Provisions that should reasonably continue, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and dispute terms, will continue after termination.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Vietnam will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms when our website, services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the date above. If a change materially affects a confirmed service, we will provide notice where required.
